Anatomy of an Avocado
My client did his cardio, got off the treadmill and proceeded to pick some strength training machines to do. He finished up the machines and went to the elliptical to do more cardio. And he has been a smiling the entire time! My heart is filled with such joy right now.
After 2 months I finally got my Down Syndrome client to smile. Not once, not twice, but several times during our training session. Such a great feeling, I hope his happiness with working out continues. :)

Remember to keep good form during the exercises - take your time, keep breathing, and focus on the muscles in your core. This is designed for moderate to advanced workout levels. Beginners may do this challenge, but break up the reps into 2-4 sets.
