So I stumbled onto this site today when I was looking for some at home workouts. There are a lot of videos to work upper body, lower body, core and overall cardio!
My current obsession is making a fruit salad at the beginning of the week to eat throughout the rest of the week. For now I’m sticking with 3 fruits per salad. This week I got red grapes, mango, and clementines. So good and so refreshing!

Got my new fitbit zip today! It was on sale on Amazon, so it was meant to be. As much as I would love the bracelet fitbit (flex), I was reading a lot of mixed reviews. Plus there are rumors that something big from another company may be released later this year, so I am content with this until then (if it ever does happen).
This tracks steps, distance, and calories burned. It also syncs with Myfitnesspal which is a huge plus! You just clip it on (clip included) to your pants, bra or put it in your pocket.
If you don’t foam roll or know about myofascial release….
I just assume your leg days aren’t that serious.
